_ORDERING:
I work exclusively from photos. Digital photos should be good quality resolution- Please no cell phone pictures. You can send me multiple photos, and I will work with you to determine the best photo to use for a portrait. For more than one pet, we can work from multiple photos, to put all pets together in the same portrait. You can send digital photos by e-mail or printed photos by regular mail. I can accept most file formats.

DEPOSIT:
A 20 percent deposit is required during high volume sales times (mostly during the holidays). Before I accept the final payment, I will email you detailed scans of the art for your approval.

PAYMENT TYPES:
I accept cash, check, or credit cards. NJ sales tax needs to be added for NJ sales.

I use an on-line billing process through paypal for credit cards. If you wish to pay by credit card, we will send you an invoice via e-mail, which will link to a secure site to input your credit card. You DO NOT have to have an account with Paypal.

SHIPPING:
I ship my work flat in a large padded envelopes with acid free materials. I usually charge around $5-$7 for domestic orders and send through the US Post Office.
